Number 18 is an established modern self-catering holiday home which sleeps up to 6 guests, situated in the heart of the historic Royal Burgh of Dornoch, a stone’s throw from the local shops and restaurants and a short walk from Royal Dornoch Golf Club and the award-winning Dornoch beach. Only an hour away from Inverness, you can choose to enjoy the beauty of Dornoch from this great location or head out and explore the unrivalled scenery and history of the Highlands, visiting places such as Loch Ness, Fort George or for the more adventurous, bagging some Munros!

We aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable space for our guests to relax and enjoy. Renovated in 2019 to modernise the property, the master suite has a super king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. A spacious lounge provides plenty of space for guests to sit back and unwind. Our modern open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and is the perfect place to cook and socialise. The artwork in the house has been carefully chosen to showcase local artists and points of interest in the local area.

There is a smart TV with Freeview so guests can access a wide range of apps, including Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Amazon Prime and Spotify. We are coffee lovers, and a Nespresso coffee machine with some complimentary pods can be made available on request, just let us know before you arrive. We have planted a variety of herbs in the back garden. Please feel free to use them when cooking or as botanicals for your G and T!

There is plenty of off-road parking at the front of the property. At the rear is a lockable shed to store outdoor equipment such as golf clubs and bikes and an enclosed back garden with outdoor furniture.
